Registered customers may buy gift coins in fixed packs. Coins are credited after payment is confirmed and can be used to send flowers or send gifts to streamers.

Coins cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another person, or exchanged for cash, and they do not expire. Unused coins may be refunded under the refund policy; coins that have been spent are not refundable.

Eligible food and gift orders support guest checkout, while membership purchases require an account. Payments are completed through the available payment providers, such as Stripe or PayPal.
